Global Holiday Celebration and Singalong at John Paterson
The Literacy and Diversity team at John Paterson organized a Global Holiday Celebration and Singalong on Tuesday! Students had the opportunity to visit partner classrooms, share traditions, engage in hands-on cultural crafts, and learn how winter holidays are celebrated around the world. The event was designed to highlight community, inclusion, and cultural understanding, while also keeping students actively engaged as they moved through different learning spaces.
The experience ended with a schoolwide sing-along, which truly captured the spirit of the day. Hearing students across grade levels singing together was a powerful reminder of how shared traditions can bring a school community together!
