Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful, relaxing break and found plenty of time to recharge and connect with your friends and family.

As we kick off 2026, there is so much to be excited about—most notably the official opening of our Grade 7 and 8 wings! I want to extend a huge thank you to every one of you for the incredible hard work you put in leading up to the break. Because of your dedication, we are fully prepared to welcome students into these new spaces this Monday, January 5.

As we settle in, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or Marco if you need anything at all.

Encore Cycle #4 begins on Monday, January 05. Students can check Powerschool for their next Encore class.

The Staff Handbook has been updated with pertinent information for Phase II. Please see the buttons below for some quick links.

A reminder we will be running an Advisory schedule on Monday, January 05 to allow for students to settle in to their new locations, unpack and move into their new lockers and get a layout of the new spaces. In addition, we ask that all homeroom teachers review the wing updates and emergency information from the Town Halls slideshow.

A reminder that students will report to the following locations first thing on Monday.

We ask that homeroom teachers and advisory partners head to these locations to meet the students. We will dismiss each homeroom in an orderly fashion. Thanks in advance for your support.

Happy New Year and welcome back! We hope you had a restful break. This update is for staff moving into the newly renovated classrooms in Wings 3 and 4.

Room-Based Equipment Reminder To keep every space functional, we assign chargers and document cameras to specific rooms. Please keep these items in your classroom at all times. Tip: These chargers can also power student devices if needed in a pinch.

Action Item: Equipment Pickup (Jan 9) On Thursday, January 9, the IT team will collect all old labeled chargers and document cameras. Please have them ready for pickup that morning.
